Refund and Returns Policy

Every WallpaperMarkt mural is printed to the exact measurements you enter at checkout. Because each order is manufactured individually for your wall, we cannot restock or resell a returned item. Please read this policy before you order.

Made-to-order items

Wallpaper produced to your dimensions and your chosen material is a custom-made product. It is not eligible for return, exchange or refund because of a change of mind, an incorrect measurement, or a colour preference. Please double-check your width, height and finish on the product page before completing checkout.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

We stand behind our printing and our materials. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will reprint it free of charge or issue a full refund - your choice.

To make a claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wallpapermarkt.com with:

your order number;
photos of the damage or defect;
a photo of the outer packaging, if the parcel was damaged in transit.

Approved claims are reprinted and shipped at our expense, normally within 3-5 business days. You do not need to send the faulty item back unless we ask you to.

Cancellations and changes

Orders can be cancelled or amended free of charge until production begins, which is usually within 24 hours of payment. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number as soon as possible. Once printing has started, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are refunded when the fault is ours.

Colour and finish

Screens and printed materials reproduce colour differently. Small variations between the image on your monitor and the delivered product are normal and are not treated as a defect. If an exact colour match is critical, please contact us before ordering.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where the law grants a right of withdrawal, please note that it generally does not apply to goods made to the consumer's own specification.
