Refund policy

Personalized products such as personalized wallpapers cannot be returned. Since the order is placed according to the specific dimensions of your wall, the wallpaper cannot be resold to third parties. Therefore, in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not valid for such products.

We remind you that the product will be deemed accepted after installation. It is therefore important to check the completeness of your order before installing your wallpaper.
