These terms apply to your use of wallpapermarkt.com and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Refund and Returns Policy and our Shipping Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Products made to your measurements

Our murals are printed to the width and height you enter on the product page. You are responsible for measuring your wall correctly and for entering those measurements accurately. We recommend adding 5-10 cm (2-4 in) to each dimension, because walls are rarely perfectly straight; the excess is trimmed after hanging. We print exactly what is entered at checkout and cannot accept responsibility for measurement errors.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is a request to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent - and we will refund you in full if we do.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are quoted per square metre; your total is calculated from the dimensions and finish you select. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Taxes and shipping are shown before you pay.

5. Colour and print variation

Screens display colour differently and print runs vary slightly. Minor differences in colour, texture or pattern placement between the on-screen preview and the delivered product are normal and are not treated as defects.

6. Installation

Installation is your responsibility. Please follow the instructions supplied with your order and check every panel before hanging - we cannot replace material that has already been installed, trimmed or cut. Walls must be clean, dry and sound before application.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, images and text on this site are owned by [COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission. Buying a mural gives you the right to install it, not to reproduce the design.

8. Customer-supplied artwork

If you upload your own image, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from printing it. We may decline any file that appears to infringe rights or that we consider unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including installation costs, decorator fees or loss of use.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
