About This Design

A full baroque ceiling fresco that opens your room to the sky. Winged cherubs and classical figures drift across banked cumulus clouds toward a radiant golden sunburst at the centre, draped in crimson, rose, sapphire and antique gold. The scene is framed by a gilded rocaille cartouche with sculpted white plaster cherubs at the corners — the same trompe l'oeil illusion painted into European palace vaults in the 17th and 18th centuries, reproduced at mural scale for a modern ceiling.
